All items are final sale and will not be eligible for return or exchange. Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to the order, including changing the shipping address. We appreciate your patience! All orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Most shipping will arrive in 14-21 business days. The tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Shipping is currently only available in the United States. International shipping is in the works.

Most produts are one size fits all. Sizing for each product can be found on the product display page.
For certain products, some sizing is customizable. Please contact admin@hatstyle.co for more details.

Custom made items are final sale non returnable or exhangable. All other items that are returns and exchange eligible must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund or exhange is processed. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Once processed, your refund can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect on your account statement. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. If your order was shipped within the United States, you can initiate a return at any time by signing into your account and visiting the track my shipment.
